Resident Evil 0

I'm a massive fan of fixed angles in games, it elevates the fear factor for me. The characters and story are well written and overal just a really good game

Resident Evil HD

A solid remake of the OG Resident Evil. Changed enough to make it feel new and fresh but still kept what made the original so good.

Resident Evil 2 Remake

After having played the Original Recently i have to get back on my Star Rating, which was a 5/5. It's an okay remake but they have cut quite some stuff out and added sections that didn't need to be added. Leon and Clair Playthrough also feel a bit too similar for at least 50% of both Runs.

Resident Evil 3 Remake

Relatively Short compared to the other games, there were lots of potential area's and fun interactions they cut out from the game. Again after having played the original game where there's so much more to do compared to the remake.

Resident Evil 4 Remake

Dare i say the best remake CapCom has made, They kept true to the vibe of the original but put it in a new and improved engine. The Characters are good, the enemies are good and the story is just phenomenal.

Resident Evil 4

I played this well after it came out and it's still such a good game to this day. the aiming feels a bit clunky but it's their first game after the fixed angles so i'm cutting that some slack. Besides that Overall same Rating as the Remake

Resident Evil 5

I didn't expect to like 5 as much as i did. I was playing Solo so i had to rely on the AI companion, which was annoying at times but not as bad as everyone said it would be. The overall story was great and so was the character writing and design.

Resident Evil 6

This one does not feel like a Resident Evil game at all, you can tell they tried to go a more action heavy route and it sadly didn't work out that well. Even though there are a couple characters returning from older games i really couldn't connect with the game. Besides this there are no accessibility settings like Auto-QTE, Reduce Screen Shaking, etc.

Resident Evil 7

The one that got me into this franchise, and the scariest one to say the least. It's so insanely good. The character development, the storyline, the setting, the gore, every single thing. Capcom Obviously knew this was going to make or break the franchise, so they stepped up creating their own engine which made the game look absolutely fantastic. While Resident Evil HD is my favourite, this one holds a special place in my heart.

Resident Evil 8

Where 7 was great, Village wasn't, it's a good game and we have a couple characters coming back from 7 which is cool. However, i just feel like the story lacked what made the rest of the games so great. Without getting too spoiler heavy; The antagonists were all over the place. The Protagonist supposedly had military training after 7 but he's still a massive wuss. Overal it just doesn't hit it for me.

Resident Evil Revelations

Revelations is the first game after 3 where you play as Jill again, Jill is definitely my favourite character in the series so i was excited to play this. I honestly thought the game was great with little hints and easter eggs from the older games. The Story was loads of fun.The setting is good as well. There was one boss that gave me a hard time but besides that the enemies also are Just Right.

Resident Evil Revelations 2

Honestly the overal is the same for this one as for Revelations 1. We have some fan favourite characters coming back; Claire and Barry. Again Overall game was fun. I do wish they did more with the antagonist and the reveal of them. Again not trying to spoil so i'm being a bit vague. but i think they could've delved deeper and maybe bring them into other games.

Resident Evil Revelations: Requiem

The latest title to the Resident Evil Series! And an absolute masterpiece. Especially as someone who has been a fan of the franchise for a while now! I absolutely loved both point of views, being Leon and Grace.

God of War (2018)

Absolutely Phenomenal Game, I knew about the older games but i haven't (still) played them myself. The story was so good it sucked me in and i just could NOT stop playing. The character development is amazing and so is the world building. The fights were tough but in a good way, they made you feel like wanting to keep on trying.

God of War Ragnarok

Ragnarok was also just absolutely amazing. There were some area's that were revisited but also loads of new area's to explore, new characters to get to know. Again the character development was amazing, There were also some old enemies in the game but mainly new enemies which was really nice, so it didn't feel like i was playing the old game all over again at all.

Alice Madness Returns

Literally my favourite game of all time, the combat is great, the story is very interesting. There are some bugs here and there but it's quite an old game (2011). The world building and character development were truly amazing.

Alone In the Dark

Such a good Remake, i haven't played the Original games but i definetly plan to, i love puzzles, detective like games and this was one was that with ofcourse horror involved.

Life is Strange

This game was so good, a very intriguing narrative that was relatable for me at the time. The Actions have Consequenses bits of the game made it really fun to play, especially multiple times.

Life is Strange 2

A really good game with interesting characters. For me it didn't hit the same as the first game, but it was still an enjoyable experience to play.

I was BEYOND excited for this game since the protagonist from the first game was going to be in this one, and it definetly did NOT disappoint. The plot was amazing, there were some plot twists that had me jaw dropped on the floor, absolutely phenomenal game.

Another Phenomenal game, so i will keep it short and sweet, this review is for the next 2 games as well as i played them back to back, Absolutely great story, i couldn't stop playing these games, there were insane plot twists in every single one that had me on the edge of my seat. so so so good

Until Dawn

Such an iconic game! It was like being in a movie where you could choose your own outcomes, it actually felt like the choices you made would matter in the end. Characters were really well written and it's actually fun to play multiple times (this goes for the 2024 version as well)

The Quarry

While not as good as their first game i still thought it was really good, the story and characters were once again well written and truly iconic, just like in until dawn. I do think this one had less of that scare factor that Until Dawn had Perfectly

The Casting of Frank Stone

I LOVED this game, as a Dead by Daylight player this game felt like a love letter to DBD, even though i didn't connect with the characters as much as i did in the other games i thought the overall story was good, and ofcourse the DBD easter eggs in the game.

The Medium

The narrative of this game was so so good, i loved how i had to find clues and investigate to continue with the story and figure out what really happened, not only in the living but also in this creepy looking spiritual world. There was only one enemy but he was so so scary and only visible in the spiritual world.

Visage

This game was so scary i couldn't even finish it, it has 3 stories set in this one house, you don't really know what you're getting into until you're in it. I would love to finish the last story sometime soon!

Stray

While this game was horror, it somehow felt cozy sometimes. It was so nice to be running around as a cat. While the game mechanics were frustrating at times, i had so much fun playing this game.

Dark Pictures Anthology S1

So i will just be using one slot for these as i have the same thing to say about all of them.
While some are enjoyable i feel like these games aren't the best, i didn't feel connected to the stories in any way, shape or form.
